What do probiotics do?

What are the qualities of red fruits?
Mixed berries are very rich in antioxidants, especially flavonoids, polyphenols, carotenoids, anthocyanins and vitamins C and E. These help to counteract damage from free radicals, oxidative stress and cellular degeneration, as well as reinforcing your immune system. Red fruits are also a source of mineral salts, such as iron, calcium and potassium, and of dietary fibre, which provides a sense of fullness and helps regulate bowel movements.

What are the main features of blueberries?
Blueberries contain numerous organic acids (malic, citric, etc.), as well as sugars, tannins, pectin, vitamins A, C and, to a lesser extent, vitamin B and anthocyanin glycosides (mirtillin). In addition to giving the fruit its characteristic colour, these reduce the permeability of our capillaries and strengthen the structure of the connective tissue that supports the blood vessels, improving their elasticity and tone.
